Includes picnic tables, two grills, firepit and bathroom access.
Available exclusively for Windsor Crest Club members.
Pavilion Rental Details
Who: Windsor Crest Club Members, first come first serve
When: Availability varies – check the calendar for open dates.
Can not be leased when WCC activities are scheduled.
Time: 11am-3pm -or- 4pm-8pm
Set-up can start no more than 30 minutes before.
Events must conclude by 9pm.
Party Size: Limited to 50 attendees
Cost: $80 for 4 hours (does not include pool access)
Pool Access: Wristbands can be added in increments of 5
at a reduced rate of $15 for 5.
Next Steps
Once your request is submitted, the Pavilion Chair will review it and create an invoice based on the details provided. The invoice will be emailed to you, and payment is due upon receipt. Only payment will secure your rental date.
