The covered pavilion area is equipped with picnic tables, two grills, a fire pit, and bathroom access. There is also access to tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground, making it an ideal space for outdoor gatherings.
The pavilion is available for private rental for parties and events.
Pavilion Rental Details
- First Come, First Serve: Pavilion rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
- WCC Activities: The pavilion cannot be leased when Windsor Crest Club activities are scheduled.
- Availability Check: Please check the WCC event calendar for current bookings before submitting your rental request to ensure availability.
- Party Size: All parties are limited to 50 attendees.
- Advance Notice: Rental requests will not be accepted within 48 hours of the requested date.
- Rental Season: The pavilion is available for lease during the pool season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Time Options: Two lease time options are available. Set-up must be completed no earlier than one hour before the party begins, and the event must conclude by 9:00 pm.
Pavilion Rental Charges
Pavilion rental to include bathroom access, tennis court, basketball court, playground, fire pit and 2 grills.
- $80 for 4 hours (does not include pool access)
- Pool wristbands can be added in increments of 10 at a reduced rate
- 10 wristbands: $30
- 20 wristbands: $60
- 30 wristbands: $90
- Time options:
- 11 am-3 pm
- 4 pm-8 pm
Next Steps
Once your request is submitted, the Pavilion Chair will review it and create an invoice based on the details provided. The invoice will be emailed to you, and payment is due upon receipt. Only payment will secure your rental date.
