Membership is limited to residents living within the Windsor Crest Neighborhood boundaries as posted in the association by-laws. For more information on joining Windsor Crest, please contact our Membership Coordinator.
Membership Includes:
- All household members
- Visiting family members such as parents, grandparent, adult children, and grandchildren provided they do not also live within WCC Boundaries.
- Guest passes can be purchased for $5 each for other visiting family members or friends. Guest passes are limited on certain high-volume days.
Membership Fees:
All fees and dues are for the benefit of the association and are used towards facilities. This includes routine maintenance, facility improvements and operating expenses. Examples of ongoing operating expenses include pool staffing, property taxes, and utilities.
- Initial Sign-up Cost: Initiation Fee: $500
- Stock Certificate: $1,000 (refundable at resignation from club)
- Annual Dues: $675
The Initiation Fee and Annual Dues must be paid in full before accessing the club and pool. Stock fees can be divided into interest-free payments for up to one year.
Contract & Payment Options
Annual Dues $675
Annual dues must be paid before the beginning of the pool season by the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. Annual dues must be paid every year.
One-time Initiation Fee $500
This one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee is paid in-full with the initial membership. This fee must be paid in full prior to gaining access to the pool.
Stock Certificate $1,000
This one-time, refundable/transferable fee can be paid in full immediately or through a payment plan. Must be paid in full within one year of joining.
Joining Mid-Season
Members joining after July 1 will see prorated annual dues for year one. Annual dues will be due immediately or prior to any club access or participation.

- ACH (Bank Transfer): 1% fee
