PAVILION RENTAL

Important Notes:

  • First Come, First Serve: Pavilion rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis.
  • WCC Activities: The pavilion cannot be leased when Windsor Crest Club activities are scheduled.
  • Availability Check: Please check the WCC event calendar for current bookings before submitting your rental request to ensure availability.
  • Party Size: All parties are limited to 50 attendees.
  • Advance Notice: Rental requests will not be accepted within 48 hours of the requested date.
  • Rental Season: The pavilion is available for lease during the pool season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
  • Time Options: Two lease time options are available. Set-up must be completed no earlier than one hour before the party begins, and the event must conclude by 9:00 pm.
