Stock Certificate – $1,000
The Stock Certificate is a one-time, refundable, and transferable investment in Windsor Crest Club. This fee grants members ownership status within the club and helps support long-term facility maintenance and improvements.
- Payment Options: Members may choose to pay the $1,000 fee in full or opt for a quarterly payment plan.
- Refund Policy: Upon resignation from the club, members may request a refund of their Stock Certificate fee. Refunds are subject to written notice of resignation and approval by the Board of Directors.
- Transferability: The Stock Certificate may be transferred to another eligible household within the club’s designated boundaries, typically to the new owner of your home, subject to club policies and board approval.
