Windsor crest club
OUR MEMBERSHIP POLICY
- Membership WCC membership cap at 175 families. (Per by‐laws)
- WCC membership family defined as all residents living on property/dwelling of membership holder.
- WCC membership is limited to those properties/dwellings within boundaries and sponsored members as defined by WCC by‐laws.
WCC Standard Membership
Dwelling within boundaries
One time initiation fee (not refundable)
One time stock investment (refunded at exit, with replacement)
Annual Dues
WCC Linear Membership
Membership of dwelling outside of boundaries, via members within boundaries.
Must be a linear family relationship to the member (grandparent, parent, child, grandchild) Participants considered members, not visitors.
Family members that live within WCC boundaries are not eligible for linear membership.
Returning WCC Membership
All standard membership requirements apply.
If prior members have fully unwound their membership, including the return of the stock certificate, members will be treated as new when they return ‐ paying full dues, initiation and stock certificate.

Sponsoreed WCC Membership
- A Sponsored Membership allows families outside the Windsor Crest neighborhood boundaries to enjoy the benefits of Windsor Crest Club membership when openings are available
- Sponsored applicants must be recommended by a current Active Member and approved by the Membership Coordinator.
